Project Booklets
Project Booklets include plans, patterns, printies and instruction to create the workshop at home with your own supplies.
These Projects can be made with simple tools. Power tools are not needed for any of the projects. Easy to cut foamcore board and cardstock are used for the walls. and bases. Some of the supplies needed include paint, fabric, paperclay and polymer clay. Each booklet includes a list of furniture kits that were used to create the original prototype.
The booklets can be emailed as a PDF file so you can get started right away or mailed as printed assembled booklets. Basic booklets are $10

PB1 1920’s Safari Camp $10
This ¼ scale project is based on an actual Safari Camp. Cottar’s 1920’ era Safari camp is set near the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya. It is ‘reminiscent of a golden era – an era of romance, professional guiding, adventure and elegance.’ Our ¼ scale version incorporates a bedroom , living room and outdoor dining area similar to the original camp.
Patterns for the fabric tent, a print background scene, and full instructions for assembly are in the booklet.

PB2 Courtyard Cafe $10
This 1/4 scale setting includes an inside and an outside area. Perfect for a café patio and a tearoom or bakery.

PB3 The French Salon $10
This ¼ scale room includes the main salon, a raised alcove and the exterior courtyard.
Printed wall panels and the background scene are included in the kit.
Instructions are included for adding LED lighting.

PB6 Accessories $10
It is the little things that make a scene come alive and accessories in quarter scale can be as simple as a pretty bead on a shelf or as detailed as a hand painted paper flower. Included is a scale chart for 1:48 scale and instructions for making a variety of accessories with findings, paper, polymer clay and wood.
Booklet includes the instructions for making the polymer clay mice used in Mortimer Mouse’s Log House.
PB7 Simple Lighting $10
Instructions for installing basic LED lighting using LEDs and batteries from Evans Designs with ideas for creating lamps and chandelier.s
It is simple, easy and not as scary as you imagine.
