This black and white Tudor house is patterned after the Garrick Inn in Stratford upon Avon, built around 1570.
Each floor overhangs the one below it. This feature saved on land and taxes and created narrow streets that seldom saw the sun. Carved decorative brackets help support each floor and the door has a decorative carved design.
The building is 6” wide, 4” deep and 9” high with 3 large rooms. It features detailed front trim, small paned windows, carved support brackets, detailed fascia boards and a carved front door .
Interior trim and flooring is not included.
